Serving Houston's real estate needs has been the forte of Margie for more than 25 years. She is a Founding Partner in the Keller Williams Realty-Metropolitan Office and a Top Producer since this office opened in April of 1997. Prior to this Margie was a Principal in one of Housto's smaller boutique real estate firms. She served as its President and consistently was the Top Producer.
Margie has handled home sales priced above $2,000,000 and below $100,000. She has sold raw land, commercial and multi-family property and dealt with tax exchange real estate. Her strength continues to be residential property--single family homes, including new construction, townhomes, condominiums, and high rises. She specializes in Houston's premier neighborhoods, including River Oaks, Avalon, West University, Bellaire, Medical Center, Tanglewood and several new planned communities. She knows these areas intimately as she lives in the area that she works in. She is a Relocation Specialist who maintains client loyalty to generation! Margie is very active in her church and continues to be equally involved in community and charitable activities. She is married and has three grown children and four grandchildren.
